Yoga 2016

Yoga has been introduced for the first time at St. Fiach’s NS for 8 weeks in term 3 2016. Yoga has been around for thousands of years. It started off in India but has now become hugely popular thanks to its physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Yoga uses stretching, movement, breathing methods, relaxation and meditation to exercise your body AND mind. A huge thanks to Catherine for teaching us this fine art.
